Refund Policy
- Before 90 Days - cancellation charges will be 20% of the tour cost
- Before 60 Days - cancellation charges will be 35% of the tour cost
- Before 15 Days - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
- Before 7 Days - cancellation charges will be 80% of the tour cost.
- Before 3 Days - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
- Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
- In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation, etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation.
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are a Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
