• Hotel Nights accommodation on twin sharing basis as per itinerary

• Breakfast as per hotel plan

• All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in an air-conditioned vehicle on a sharing basis

• Road taxes, parking fees, interstate taxes extra. The client needs to pay.

• GST Extra if not mentioned in the rates.
• All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax, etc.
• Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.
• Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots
• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
• Airfare, if not mentioned in the itinerary.

• There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of Medical condition it completely depends on hotel policy).
• Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
• The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.
• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this. 
• In case a flight gets canceled, we will not be liable to provide any alternate flights within the same cost, any additional cost incurred for the same shall be borne by the traveler.

• 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
• Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
• 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 4 days of the departure date.
• 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 7 days of the departure date.
• In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

Refund Policy

• Before 90 Days - cancellation charges will be 20% of the tour cost.
• Before 60 Days - cancellation charges will be 35% of the tour cost.
• Before 15 Days - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
• Before 7 Days - cancellation charges will be 80% of the tour cost.
• Before 3 Days - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given.
• Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
• In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation, etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are a Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in. 

Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card
